Sue Bayliss, BA Hons, PGCE

Principal Consultant of Sulis Consulting, accredited coach, counsellor and registered NLP trainer.

Sue has been helping people to fulfil their potential for over 25 years. She works as a health and wellbeing consultant, bringing wellness programmes to organisations and coaching individuals. Her Health and Wellbeing training days cover a range of topics such as the mind body connection, how to manage your emotions, stress reduction and relaxation techniques, how to eat for health and energy and build exercise into your life. She has presented on the Mind Body connection – the science of Psychoneuroimmunology – in San Francisco, Berlin and London.

As a holistic counsellor she pays attention to diet and exercise as well as emotional wellbeing and recommends Vegepa to her clients to help lift their mood and deepen their sleep. Her qualifications include a Diploma in Nutrition and a Certificate in Applied Transformational PNI. She attended Professor Puri’s study day in London to find out more about the benefits of fish oils.

She offers training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming to health and mental health professionals as well as anyone who wants to learn to run their own life more effectively. An Introduction to NLP will take place at the Royal College of GPs in November in London. Sue has created a unique Master Practitioner course in NLP and Holistic Health and Emotional Intelligence which begins in the autumn this year.
