Do You Have Fatty Acid Deficiency?

There are a number of physical signs that indicate a fatty acid deficiency and these are listed below:

  • Dry or rough skin
  • Dry hair
  • Dandruff
  • Dry lips
  • Brittle or soft nails
  • Sleeping problems
  • Increased thirst
  • Frequent urination

If you suffer from some or all of these conditions listed then it may be worth asking your GP to arrange for your blood to be tested for the levels of fatty acids. Alternatively, you could try taking either OmegaForce or Vegepa fatty acid supplements and see if your symptoms improve. It sometimes can take as long as 3-6 months to rectify a fatty acid deficiency.
